By accessing or using SilverLion AI ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1.1 Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

1.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• • Attempt to circumvent security measures, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform.
• • Share your account credentials with third parties.
• • Use automated scripts or bots to scrape or abuse the Platform (other than official API keys).
• • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

1.3 Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Your continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

1.4 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing Portal. Upon termination, your data may be retained for up to 90 days before deletion, except where required by law.

1.5 Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance.

Nothing on this Platform constitutes a solicitation, offer, or recommendation to engage in any investment activity. You should always conduct your own research and, where appropriate, seek independent professional advice before making any investment decision.

AI strategies and signals are generated algorithmically. They do not account for your individual financial situation, investment objectives, tax obligations, or risk tolerance. Performance in simulated or demo environments does not guarantee equivalent results in live markets.

Trading cryptocurrencies carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You should be aware of the following:

• Market Volatility

  Cryptocurrency prices can move dramatically in short periods. You can lose all of your investment.

• Leverage Risk

  Trading futures or using leverage amplifies both potential gains and losses.

• Technology Risk

  Exchange outages, API failures, or connectivity issues may prevent the bot from executing or cancelling orders.

• Regulatory Risk

  Cryptocurrency regulation varies by jurisdiction and can change rapidly, potentially impacting the legality of trading activities in your country.

• AI Model Risk

  AI-generated signals are probabilistic and will produce losing trades. Past accuracy metrics do not guarantee future performance.

• Counterparty Risk

  Your funds on a connected exchange are subject to that exchange's security and solvency. SilverLion AI has no control over exchange operations.

Only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely.

We are committed to protecting your personal information. This section explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

4.1 Data We Collect

• • Account information: email address, username, and hashed password.
• • Usage data: features accessed, trades executed, and session activity.
• • Payment information: processed securely by Stripe — we never store raw card details.
• • Exchange API keys: stored encrypted at rest and never exposed externally.
• • IP address and browser metadata for security and fraud prevention.

4.2 How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide and improve the Platform, process payments, send service notifications, enforce our Terms, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4.3 Data Retention & Deletion

Account data is retained for the duration of your account and up to 90 days after deletion. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@silverlionai.com.

4.4 Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party processors: Stripe (payment processing), OpenAI (AI analysis), and Binance/MEXC (exchange data and trading). Each has its own privacy policy governing data they process on your behalf.

We use essential cookies and local storage to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You can clear browser storage at any time, though this will log you out of the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SilverLion AI and its operators shall not be liable for:

• • Any trading losses, financial losses, or loss of profit arising from use of the Platform.
• • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI signals, strategies, or market data.
• • Service interruptions, API failures, or technical outages.
• • Losses resulting from exchange hacks, insolvencies, or third-party failures.
• • Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
