Terms of Service

By accessing or using the SilverLion AI platform ("Platform", "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and SilverLion AI Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

To use this Service you must:

• •Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• •Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• •Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading or AI-assisted trading is prohibited.
• •Not be on any government sanctions list.

When you register an account, you agree to:

• •Provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information.
• •Keep your password and login credentials confidential.
• •Notify us immediately at support@silverlionai.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• •Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted under your account.
• •Not share your account with any other person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

The Platform provides:

• •AI-generated trading signals, strategies, and market analysis tools.
• •Demo (paper) trading with virtual funds.
• •Live trading execution via exchange API keys you provide.
• •Market data, analytics, risk tools, and portfolio management.
• •Educational and analytical features including backtesting and pattern detection.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

• •Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• •All prices are in USD unless shown otherwise at checkout (currency conversion is handled by Stripe).
• •We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days advance notice via email.
• •Failure to pay may result in suspension of your paid features until payment is resolved.
• •Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

• ✗Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, or any activity that violates applicable financial regulations.
• ✗Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or databases.
• ✗Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
• ✗Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code.
• ✗Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Platform using automated tools.
• ✗Use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any criminal purpose.
• ✗Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls.
• ✗Impersonate SilverLion AI or any employee or representative.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account termination without refund and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

Your data (trade history, strategies you create, journal entries) remains your property. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited licence to process and store this data solely to provide the Service.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• •Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• •Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• •Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any AI signals, strategies, or market data.
• •Warranties that trading losses will not occur.

AI signals and strategies are probabilistic tools, not guarantees. You accept full responsibility for any trading decisions you make.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SILVERLION AI AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• •Any trading losses, financial losses, or loss of profit, revenue, or opportunity.
• •Errors or omissions in AI signals, strategies, or market data.
• •Service interruptions, API failures, exchange outages, or data loss.
• •Losses resulting from third-party exchange hacks, insolvencies, or regulatory actions.
• •Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.
• •Loss of data, business, goodwill, or anticipated savings.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Either party may terminate your account at any time:

• •You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing Portal in your settings.
• •We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.
• •We may terminate the Service entirely with 30 days notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact us at support@silverlionai.com to seek resolution in good faith before pursuing formal proceedings.

To the extent permitted by law, you waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against SilverLion AI.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other agreements explicitly incorporated herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and SilverLion AI regarding your use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements.
